How can I request a quote?

To receive a quote, please send an email with the details and approximate measurements of your requirements. It would be helpful to include any plans, sketches, or photos in your email. We will promptly respond with a quote.
Why do I need to provide the location address when requesting a quote?

Our exterior joinery is manufactured for a specific wind zone and complies with NZS4211 standards – Specification for performance of windows. To accurately determine the wind zone and calculate site measure and delivery charges, we require the location address from customers.
I've provided approximate measurements. How will these be confirmed?

Approximate dimensions are acceptable during the quoting stage. Once your quote is accepted, we will conduct a site visit to obtain precise measurements. You will also receive shop drawings for approval before we proceed with production.
Do you have a showroom where I can view different types of doors?

The best way to explore our range of joinery products is by visiting our website. We also have a few items on display in our office. Additionally, we can arrange a factory tour to showcase joinery items currently in production.
Do you keep doors in stock?

We do not stock doors. Each door is custom-made for individual orders.
Do you offer retrofitting for double glazing?

We do not retrofit existing sashes. However, we can supply brand new double glazed sashes if a complete replacement is needed.
Do you offer installation services?

We exclusively focus on manufacturing and supplying joinery products. For installation, you will need to arrange for a builder. If necessary, we can recommend installers.
Do you provide window and door repair services?

McNaughton specialises in joinery manufacturing and supply. We do not offer repair or maintenance services.
